I haven't doped out all the details, but on my Windows 7 system, the BSW executable is in a different location from the location for prop files and support.  By default the executable goes in program files (x86), but all the data is now in users\{you}\application data\Roaming\BSW.  Thought it might be worth noting in the downloads section.
