Counting Boxes

I found this in an old 70s book. Where it has this in it.  (4got the book name)

Heres a basic counting system.  The idea is too count black and/or white cicles in each section.
Ie.  Take the middle section.
Count the the RED circles under the red line.

As you can see you can do this a wack of times.
